Poor customer experience
The tires are fine. The customer service was very poor and borderline dishonest. After the new tires were installed, I was sent on my way. Driving home I noticed the flat tire light was on. I immediately returned to Les Schwab. The front desk and technician apologized and said they would take care of it right away. A few minutes later they said I owed nearly $90 for a flat tire sensor they had already installed without my knowledge or prior authorization. My family and I have been loyal Les Schwab customers for decades. It is not the same company with the same values, such as customer service. This is the third time of raising the concern with zero attempts from Les Schwab to make it right.

All-around traction.
They meet all the specs that was listed with the tires. They are good in the rain and provide good traction on these steep queen Anne Hill roads in Seattle. I am very happy with my new tires and feel safer on the road because putting them on my car.

First tires in my life I do not like!
I am 71, have been buying tires since I was 16. This is the third set bought for my 2019 Mercedes CLA 250. They are loud, my mileage is down 10-15%, the car feels slightly unstable. I do not like them!
